By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

I retain all rights to my artwork, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon, but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design. I am allowed to put a watermark on finished commissions as well as post the artwork on my social media accounts, unless the commissioner states that they wish for it to be private. (For portfolio and content posting purposes)

Do not claim, trace, copy, or edit my work.

Clients are not allowed to claim that the art is made by them.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for AI and non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. This is non-negotiable.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

I have the right to decline any commission for any reason. The reason would most likely be because it falls on my Can't and Won't draw, or I think that I can't execute it well, or I'm uncomfortable about it.

Prices may be subject to change due to various factors including, but not limited to; difficulty of artwork and addition of extra or major details, unless a misunderstanding from my side is made.

Payment is either upfront or through a payment plan.

A down payment of at least 50% is required before I start on the piece. (The remaining payment 50% must be paid before I send the final output via Gmail)

I will only accept PHP (‘Philippine Peso’) or USD as payment.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

If payment is not made in a timely manner (72h) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be canceled.

Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.

If you're not confident and think that you might need the money for any other reason, please do not commission me.

No cancellation and refunding unless I haven’t started sketching.

Refunds are only available when: for any reason, I wasn't able to finish the drawing, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would amount to with a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the payment plan, or if you wish to modify the payment plan.

I usually take up to 1-3 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.

Completion time will vary [approx. 2 weeks-3 months after receiving payment and sketching] depending on how busy I am and the type and difficulty of the commission!

If anything comes up that will delay the progress of the creation of the artwork, I will let you know ASAP

Rush commissions/deadlines are negotiable and will come with a price for being prioritized, but please understand that there might be a drop in quality because of the time constraints.

Please let me know if there is a deadline in advance and I will contact you if I cannot make the deadline.

I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

Please do not be indecisive about details.

There is a maximum of 3 major revisions. (compositional/posing/layout)- I can use the discarded composition/pose for future art/ Your Character Here (YCH).

Whether an edit is minor or major is up to my discretion, will be judged via time/complexity of said edit.

Please provide visual references or a descriptive detail of what your desired commission would look like.

Specific pose requests with a visual reference will not be exactly the same as the reference. (and I will not be tracing over the pose reference)

I will always say that you are the owner of the picture, but it is still my art. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. But as much as possible, use the one with the watermark that I have provided. Please don't forget to give credit to me also.

Complicated characters/details/props will be charged extra depending on complexity/difficulty. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change the character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.

Default resolution of the artwork will be at A4 300-350 dpi, but you can request for a specific size, especially if you'll be using the artwork as a wallpaper or if you plan to print it for personal use. Final file formats are PNG.

All body types, skin tones, impairments, body markings, facial features, etc. are welcome as long as they are not perpetuating harmful narratives.
